The practice of Yoga is healing. Yoga stimulates your immune system and regulates the organs and glands of the body releasing endorphins - hormones which reduce pain and heighten a feeling of well-being throughout your body and mind.

Yoga is beneficial for migraine headaches, general stress, high blood pressure, depression, ulcers, arthritis, insomnia, back pain, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Our yoga classes are taught by Kim McGrath, a hatha yoga instructor who also teaches meditation, as well as being a Practitioner of Healing and Therapeutic Touch.
